Payment Options

• Payment is by cash, company check, Visa or MasterCard.
• All checks must match the account name on your invoice.
• Third party, personal, starter checks and out of town checks will not be accepted without prior approval.
• All return checks are subject to a $35.00 return check fee.

Customers have 3 options for payment when ordering online for shipment of an order:

1. Secure Online Payment - customers may pay online via our Secure Server with a Visa or MasterCard.
2. Print Form by Fax - customers may create an order online, print out their order, fill in Visa or MasterCard payment information by hand and fax that order to us.
3. Print Form by Mail - customers may create an order online, print out their order, and mail their order and payment to us (Please do not send cash in the mail).
