- What do I need to open an account?
A valid driver's license with picture and a completed account authorization form is all that is required to purchase from Castle Wholesalers. There will be a one time $7.50 new account fee for a purchasing card.

- What is the 10% added to my invoice?
This handling charge is added to all invoices for all customers. A reduction of this charge is available by request on a large quantity purchase of a particular item at one time.
- What is your return policy?
All claims must be accompanied by invoice within 5 days. Refund by merchandise credit only except cash refunds on the same day of purchase and only if the original purchase was paid in cash.
- What are your payment terms?
Payment is by cash, company check, Visa or Master credit cards. All checks must match the account name on your invoice. Third party, personal, starter checks and out of town checks will not be accepted without prior approval. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 return check fee.
- Why is this item overpriced? I can buy this cheaper elsewhere!
Castle Wholesalers is the most competitive source for all your hardware needs. 95% of all items we sell are unavailable elsewhere at a cheaper price and if it is it will be by pennies. Bring these cheaper prices to our attention and most of the time we will lower our price immediately. You won€t come back later and find we are still selling the same item at the higher original price. Would you trust a supplier that takes no action after you bring a higher price to their attention other an initial one- time price reduction to hide their price gouging! Castle does not offer "10% discount off of a lower competitors price", "cheapest price or free", "we'll match our competitors price", etc., etc. We don€t have to. We sell our products at the most competitive price all the time, not some of the time. Purchase from Castle Wholesalers with the confidence that the price you are paying is always the most competitive available when you purchase it not when you find out you paid too much. We let our competitors ask for a second chance. Bring in your current suppliers receipts and let us do a price comparison for you, or, better yet, take our receipts to your current supplier and ask them not for a comparison but an explanation!
